A Reformer group class is a type of Pilates workout that utilizes specialized equipment, known as a Reformer. The Reformer machine provides resistance through springs and straps, which allows for controlled and progressive movements, promoting proper alignment throughout the exercise. Helping you to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve mobility safely and effectively.
Mat Group Class
